I am a clinical psychologist specializing in individual, couples and men's groups , and maintain a private practice in La Mesa, CA. with over 7yrs counseling experience as a psych. assistant and 5 years experience and specialization in sexual addiction.  As a therapist, and a graduate of the California Graduate Institute with certification in behavioral heath, I currently serve as a private practitioner and am affiliated with Christian Counseling Services in La Mesa, CA. I work with a broad spectrum of clients. Among the areas of specialty are sexual addiction, internet addiction, stress management, relational issues. recovery group for men, and anger management and behavior control.

I  am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My primary therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding I work with each individual or couple to help  build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they’re striving for. As individual circumstances dictate I integrate a Christian based approach to the therapy and recovery process utilizing the wisdom and insights of scripture to maximize the healing process.
